No Commission on bookings

We will NOT charge you commission on every booking you make. For a fixed monthly fee of £85 plus VAT (the cost of approximately 1 CBT) you get all the facilities including online booking through your own website. Online booking means your own customers can book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Credit card processing

Through First Data we can provide you with your own merchant account for credit and debit card processing. You can take payments over the phone, face to face or though your own website and all the money comes directly to you within 3 - 5 working days. First Data offer some of the lowest merchant account rates, typically £25 per month plus VAT fixed monthy fee and then transaction rates of 1.3% on credit cards and just 0.5% on debit cards.

Staff planner

See who is doing what and when. Using the staff planner you can easily see what everyone is doing and make sure every course has an instructor.

Import tests from DVSA

Built in import of tests from the DVSA web site. When you have booked your tests with the DVSA you can download the tests and then upload then straight into your 'In-Contact' diaries, no need to re-enter them.

Test cancellation reminders

Automatic reminders to cancel DVSA tests before the cut off date. This will make sure you do not loose your test fees!

Instructor help

Allow your instructors and other staff to log in to see what courses they are running and when.

Access anywhere

Access your account from a computer, laptop, tablet, iPad or mobile. Provided you can connect to the internet then you will be able to connect to your 'In-Contact' account.
