Must be 16 years of age prior to assessment

Can you jump/dive into deep water?

Can you swim 50m in 60 seconds?

Can you swim 100m continuously on front and back?

Can you tread water for 30 seconds in deep water?

Can you dive to the deepest part of the pool? 3 metre depth.

Can you exit the pool unaided? (without the use of steps)

Do you have knowledge of side stroke?
