You must bring your UK driving licence with you for all or any part of your training. It is your responsibility to ensure that your UK driving licence is valid and in your possession for all the training. Should your licence not be valid or you do not bring it to the course, then you will not be able to take part in the course and you will not be entitled to a refund. Check codes or copies are not accepted. You will need to be able to ride a bicycle to have a balance, as this can't be taught. If you arrive intoxicated you will not be allowed to take part in the course and your fees will be forfeited. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your course starts, so we can check your driving licence and your eyesight as you will need to demonstrate by reading the number plates from 20 meters away. If you can't you will not be allowed on the course and your fees will be forfeited. Any late arrivals will not be accepted due to missing important safety info and fees will be forfeited.
English Language
All courses are conducted in English, you must be able to understand and communicate in English to a clear and safe standard as deemed by the instructor in order to attend and complete your training. The reason being is for your safety and others around you, the instructor needs to be able to communicate clearly with you in order to train you and keep you safe. Failure to meet this requirement at any time will result in your course being terminated and will result in the loss of your entire paid feeds and no refund will be made or possible. The instructors decision is final when it comes to the assessment of your communication and ability to follow instruction in English. Use of English translators is strictly prohibited.

A motorcycle helmet that meets British safety standards (unless you are Sikh and wearing a turban), motorcycle helmet will be provided to you, bear in mind we only stock common sizes from small to X large. If you have any other extreme sizes, you will have to bring your own helmet. If you dont bring your own, your course will not be able to proceed, and your fees will be forfeited.)
Motorcycle boots or other sturdy footwear that supports and protects your ankles. Trainers, shoes or sandals are not allowed. Alternative boots that cover the ankles such as dr martens, hiking boots or military style boots are accepted. If you come with trainers, shoes or sandals you will not be allowed joining the course and no refund will be offered.
Textile or leather motorcycle jacket or a heavy denim jacket with several layers underneath. (We provide these) but if your size is not within Small to X large you will need to bring your own. If not, you will not be allowed on a course and no refund will be provided.

. Motorcycle gloves. (We provide these) unless your glove size is beyond the common sizes. We provide sizes from small to extra-large. If your size is beyond these, you will need to bring your own, otherwise your course will not proceed, and you will not be able to receive the refund.
Y You are required to know the highway code when attending your CBT, make sure you revise it especially the roundabouts, junctions and traffic signs. In your confirmation email you will find an online training link that you should complete. Once completed you will be able to download the Ride Free certificate of completion to show to your instructor.
Covid 19 info. We take your safety seriously. If you have your own helmets and gloves and jackets please bring them with you. If not do not worry, we will provide them free of charge as long as they are not smaller than small size and not bigger than X Large size, we sanitise our equipment after use with the sanitiser that is used for medical equipment. Please do not be offended if we do not shake your hand, we are a friendly bunch but physical contact is not recommended. Please use your own or ours' hand sanitising gel before using our gloves and equipment. Use a scarf that is thin under the helmet to keep the helmets clean. Stay at least 1 meters of physical distance from other people. Wash your hands regularly and do not touch your face if you have not washed your hands. If you have a dry cough or a temperature please do not come to your training for safety of others. Wait till you are well again.
