Pricing and Payment

Main system £60 per month

Our pricing is fairly simple. For the main booking system the cost is £60 per month, and comes with 2 user logins. This gives you all the features of 'In-Contact' with the exception of the 'web booking' features(see below). Extra user logins are priced at an additional £10 per user per month.

Web booking features an extra £25 per month

The web booking features give you the following two items:

  • Online booking through your own website - Allows your own customers to make bookings through your own website
  • Online enquiries through your own website - Allows your own customers to make enquiries through your own website.

Credit Card Processing - £20 per month plus transaction fees

If you want to do credit card processing over the phone or through your website then we need to set you up an account with one of our credit card processors. They all have a fixed monthly fee of £20 and then have a 'per transaction' charge of 1.3% on credit cards and 0.5% on debit cards. Please click here for more details.

Optional extras

Mailshots - 1p per email sent. When you send a mailshot to groups of customers you will be charged 1p for every email sent. You can top up your own email credits anytime and there is no time limit on useage.

SMS text messages - 10p per SMS sent. When you send SMS texts to customers or use the automatic course reminders then you will be charged at 10p per SMS sent. You can top up your own SMS credits anytime and there is no time limit on useage.

Payment by Standing Order

We ask all customers to set up a monthly standing order from their bank account to ours. This gives you full control over the payment. If that is not possible then we can invoice 6 monthly or yearly and payment needs to be made within 14 days of the invoice.
